1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 88bett website at 88bett.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 88bett reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 88bett platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. 88bett will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Do not allow any other person to access your account.

88bett reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88bett platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 88bett supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your 88bett wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 88bett is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 88bett reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be declined or placed on hold pending further review.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the 88bett wallet section and are subject to change without prior notice.

• 88bett reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

88bett may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88bett platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88bett makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 88bett's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Responsible Gaming
